The price he quoted me for the work and parts was considerably better than going through the dealership but just as thorough. The shop is very well equipped to handle just about any job. The process of getting service at Brazusa couldn’t be more smooth. Make your appointment request online, and within hours someone will be in touch to clarify the scope of work. Then you get a link to an actual SOW which you can approve or deny right from the web-app. Communication with the shop is robust. They keep you informed of the status of your vehicle as the service proceeds. Brazusa stands by their work and if anything is of concern, they are eager to assist with making things right.
