I went to brazusa with my 2011 honda accord for my 100,000 mile maintenance. The mechanic gregg told me everything i needed, i got my quote and the work got completed before the end of the day. Gregg is very knowledgeable and will tell you what you need... no more...no less. Highly reccomend this shop for any automotive repair.

Most horrible experience I have had yet at a shop. They are garbage. Over priced/unqualified/shady people. If you do come here with no other choice, know what you need and set your price. After check their horrible work then take it to a real mechanic to do what ever properly.

They are terrible. I brought my car and thry told me they should change the exhaust pipe. But they didn't have it and they should order it. The part should arrive by wendnesday. I schedule an appointmet on saturday. But somebody called me and told the part isn't arrived yet. So I schedule an appointment for Monday. I brought the car on saturday but they didn't give priority to my car and work in other cars first. This is while it was their fault to cancel my appointmet on saturday. The secratory is so rude. She told me what you want to do. You want me to get rid of the part. This is their answer after postponing my car.
